I'm terrible with names. I believe they are Nate and Terry. But both did me up right. I appreciate the service and sympathy to my personal situation. Great work and cool guys. Especially when they had to deal with me. Like I told Nate, when my car breaks down so does my mind. lol Thanks again!

I took my car in because the AC wasn’t working. I thought I’d have to do an AC recharge but it was just a relay, which is a much cheaper fix. Most mechanics would have done the unnecessary work anyway so they could charge me for it. I appreciate that Ernie’s just fixed the problem without trying to upsell me. They also got me in quickly and returned the car within a couple hours.

This was my first time taking my 2007 DTS to them I previously took my car to a location on the north side of Columbus and they had my car for one full month charged me $1500 and I had to tow my car back home. It was never fixed.. i thought about putting it up for sale. I stopped by Ernies and told them my situation I brought my car in within two hours. He had my situation fixed. I have total faith in them and I have several cars that need to be worked on and he will get my business. Thank you again for taking care of me.

I’d definitely recommend this business. Staff are very kind and helpful. I went in not knowing what to expect and felt respected through the process. They were very thorough in diagnosing the various problems with my car. They walked me through in understanding the seriousness of various issues and what was most urgent to address. When it turned out that even after they had spent so much time with me explaining everything I wouldn’t be able to afford repairs at the moment, their kind demeanor never changed.

Probably the only honest mechanic in Columbus. I had a severe oil leak in my car after an oil change at a local quick oil change shop. The manager of the oil change place claimed that my car was old and that it wasn’t their fault. I initially took my car to a different shop for a diagnostic, and that shop claimed the oil cooler was broken, and quoted me $3700 to fix it. I was floored by this, because the online quote from the same shop was $500-650. After they refused to budge, I found Ernie’s who gave me a far more reasonable quote for the same repair. I had my car towed there, and got a call from Ernie’s almost immediately. Imagine my surprise when Ernie’s said that whoever had changed my oil had left the o ring off, and that’s why it was leaking oil. The first shop had missed this obvious issue, and proceeded to quote me an exorbitant amount for a repair my car didn’t need. Ernie’s fixed it and I picked my car up the same day. I have had no other problems. Total repair was $16. Unfortunately for Ernie’s they now have a customer for life. :) Save your time and come here first.
